Head of Resource Discovery Systems
Richard Guajardo is Head of Resource Discovery Systems at the University of Houston. He provides oversight for electronic resources management, discovery tools, and the library services platform. He is currently on the 2017 NASIG Conference Planning Committee and is vice-chair of the LITA Publications Committee. He is also webmaster for ALCTS's Committee on Cataloging: Description & Access (CC:DA), and is past-chair of ALCTS's Collection Management & Electronic Resources Interest Group. Richard earned his Master’s in Library and Information Science from the University of Texas at Austin.
